Afrihost is by far the most *****ed ISP provider i have ever dealt with. After being credited and instructing them to pay the money back into my account they now ignore ALL correspondence and has carried on debiting my account. Trying to get reimbursed has been a pain staking experience, and one Afrihost keeps on ignoring. Needless to say I have now handed them over to the Ombudsman for their ******** dealings.

For future reference - DO NOT sign with afrihost , regardless how tempting their packages are....Cheap packages equals ZERO customer service.
