Unjust Charges and Poor Service - Highly Disappointed

I am deeply dissatisfied with the way my account and request have been handled by Afrihost. I had been using OpenServe's free WiFi for a month, and I asked for activation at end of August. Then after communicating multiple times about having to abruptly move at end of august, I requested to cancel my contract, which I did halfway through, but they still went ahead and activated the account and charged for that full month, despite not using the service at my old residence. .

To make matters worse, my cancellation date kept getting moved without my consent, and now I am being wrongfully charged a R1000 cancellation fee, on top of a months usage which is absurd given my clear communication about the situation.

This issue could have easily been avoided with proper customer service.
