Unhelpful and not willing to take responsibility

Somehow thier system added a extra fiber line to my account. Billed me over R1100 extra and suspend my service till I've paid the extra amount. Regardless that I pay my monthly fee, I need to pay over and above before they unsuspend the line which they made a mess on.
