Unhappy with Afrihost empty promises

I am really disappointed with afrihost, I have been receiving incorrect information from managers to normal agents, when I communicate with Vumatel today I was told something completely different and was told that the service provider afrihost don't have my new adress on my profile its one big mess after another its going on for two weeks, yes I understand I was migrating the line but when I did it initially I explained everything to afrihost and was assured with 48hours however nothing is being done.
