Unhappy No Internet customer from Vumatel. Afrihost being my service provider

Need to add new card details. No one is of help & I'm rather being redirected to Payfast, Payfast redirects me to Afrihost & so does the journey continue the whole morning. Fibre is with Vumatel, Afrihost is my service provider but they can't seem to help me, rather asking for an email of February to be able to assist.

I'm so damn frustrated as my Internet is off at home & no one can assist me
