Unhappy, disappointed, and out of pocket

Wanted a prompt delivery of a sim card to use for internet. Sim did not get delivered and I had cancel as it took more than 10 days and hadn't even left the warehouse. I got charged for the internet usage and still haven't gotten feedback after multiple contact. Left out of pocket R1899.00 (initial fee and subsequent monthly fee) and no support. I also cancelled on the app and have been left with unanswered emails.
