Unhappy customer! Awful and disappointing service!

It is extremely disappointing that it is now December 2019 and we have still not had any resolution to our issue. The impact on business is huge - we are losing business. Afrihost as our service provider should be dealing with this and sorting it out but they are responding with very generic emails. Afrihost says this it is a Gmail issue and that Afrihost cannot do anything to sort this out.
