Unhappy Customer
Ever since Afrihost used Vumatel the service has been terrible. Fiber is down more often than before. When there is an issue they tell you that it’s been assigned to Vumatel and the issue carries on forever. Working from home is now a nightmare

21 May 2021, 17:08Our connection has been down since yesterday. People who are using other service providers in our complex have got their connection back except for me using Afrihost.
