Unhappy Client

Afrihost has the worst customer service. They cannot solve problems. My service has been unstable for 3 weeks now and every day we call we speak to a different technician who ask the same questions and put us through the same problem solving as the one before. Total waste of everyone’s time. They cannot escalate the issue and are unable the transfer the call to their supervisors. They made me purchase a new router which was totally unnecessary and the problem is still there. Please be very careful before choosing Afrihost as your ISP.
