Unhappy client

I have been using the very same line ever since I had wifi it's been over a year now. I paid my line on the 1st of March till today I have no internet connection. Technicians came to my house and changed the line cause the 1st people did a ****ty installation but it's worse. I don't know who to blame anymore between Vumatel or afrihost. Their service has been the worst so far. I will never recommend it to anyone
