Unhappy Afrihost client

I am currently using Afrihost & vumatel as my service provider besides the fact that i had to wait almost a year for installation after taking the contract , i also struggle when the Wi-Fi disconnects i am expected to spend 2hours on WhatsApp with their agents playing technician/ client doing checks & tests everytime there's problems as we not busy enough, but yet i pay almost R800.00 for this service & in the end I sometimes don't get help, rather look for an alternative service provider.. as I am looking now!
