Unhappy 1st time Afrihost client

I had my fibre installed on Sunday. Shortly after that I was advised that my fibre is now active. No one sent or gave my Wifi username or password. I then contacted Afrihost and advise accordingly. I'm not able to locate my Wi-fi username on both my laptop or mobile device. I cannot connect via the Ethernet cable as well. As a first time fibre and Afrihost client I'm very disappointed. I was quite happy with my RAIN 5G, which have not given me any issues thus far. Getting fibre internet is supposed to be more reliable and stable but I beg to differ. I have to continuously ask for updates from Afrihost. No feedback or updates from them. I would not recommend them for any new or first time Afrihost clients.
