Unfair Cancellation Policy

I have been a long standing customer, and good enough to bill for years. Tried to cancel my account, no you can only do it with ClientZone. Why? Because they want to force you into a 2 month cancellation period. Today is the 11/11 and instead of allowing me to make this my final month like ALL the other companies they want to bill me for 2 additional months. When I ask a manager to phone me,I was told to phone a number a loge a complaint
