Unfair billing practice

Must be the worst ISP ever my hosting account was in arrears but my Fibreline that was paid got suspended aswell they requested immediate payment well if that payment is made i'm requesting immediate reactivation and the release of my fibre line in order for me to find another ISP with whom i'll have no such issues this will go to ICASA as unfair billing practices as they don't even deduct on my salary date but decide to deduct whenever they want to
