I am quite perturbed at Afrihost service. I took up the 200mbps, thinking it was just temporary, and the speed will revert back to 100mbps. Now I’m being charged for a 200mbps line, which is wrong. I spoke to an agent who was not willing to assist. All she said these are the terms and conditions, after explaining to her, that I cannot afford it. I’ve been a customer of Afrihost for awhile, and I would think some sort of compensation could be provided for a situation like this, especially that I can’t afford it.
