Unbelievable service, pure frustration

<p>eve this is actually happening. Trying to get Telkom or Afrihost to get my hands adsl line reconnected. The one literally blames the other and send me back and forth between each other. 4th day without connectivity. 10000 calls and messages. Neither could be bothered, all they say is to call the other and wash there hands off me. Telkom billing confirms payment was received, reconnected my landline almost immediately however my adsl is with Afrihost so they can't help with that. Call Afrihost and they say they never suspended the line...must call Telkom billing and so it continues since Wed.</p>
