Unbeatable service received from Afrihost
One tend to complain very easily, but today I am happy to spend the time to really complement Afrihost, and specifically Pranav from their critical support team for really going the extra mile in assisting me in the transfer of my line from Telkom to Afrihost. I have been struggling for two months to get my line transferred. I was placed in the capable hands of Pranav which really went the extra mile in getting this done. He provided me with daily updates and personally handled every hurdle we came upon. Thank you Pranav and Thank you Afrihost as I can gladly say that today my line is in perfect working order. You guys are really worth it.
