Unauthorized payment deducted

I'm very unhappy with my recent encounter with Afrihost. I recently relocated to a property and paid my last payment before I moved. I paid for the new property I moved into as well. They still deducted a payment for my previous property and now I need to go back and forth to get my money back. This is causing financial detriment to me. I provided proof of payment and yet I'm being told it's going to be escalated. It's been days .
