Unauthorized package changed.

I am shocked at how pathetic thing work at this company. In a nutshell: my package was changed overnight by (no one knows) from 30mbs to 150mbs. Previous invoice R677 for March to R985 for April. Only picked it up once i went into clientzone. Paid R677 as usual on the 2nd of April, only to be suspended because there is still R310 outstanding.Which by the way i refuse to pay coz i did not authorized this. Sent whatsapp- help line messages since sunday only to find out today i must email accounts. Send them a mail to 15:12 still no answer. Going on 4 days without internet...
