Unauthorized debit orders

Afrihost deducted money without my consent and in error on 25 July 2018. I been struggling to date to get this refund. I kept getting promises of calls from accounts, but they only tried once to my knowledge. Stacey then sent an email to say a refund would be processed yet nothing.

why does afrihost still have my money two weeks after they deducted it without my consent. Why are guys not able to let me alone. I stated last time to your agents to delete my profile on your systems.
