Unauthorized debit from my account

Our account was debited incorrectly by Afrihost yesterday for a ludicrous amount that was not supposed to be debited.

I need the funds refunded by tomorrow. I have been dealing with Themba and demanded manager phone back to resolve this. the funds that Afrihost so easily deducted has been reserved to use for something else and I refuse to wait 14 days for them to follow their protocol to give my money back. I need the amount of R1744 refunded into my account by close of business tomorrow.
