Unauthorised SMS charges not refunded at Afrihost

I have been trying for 4 days to get someone at Afrihost to explain a R40 debit to my SMS account to a four digit sms number that I never used! The first person just fobbed me off to say they could not provide any details. The third person 2 days later said he would"escalate" the problem to management. That was on Friday 12th June 2020. No responser!!
