Unauthorised deduction

Afrihost refuses to reimburse me for a unauthorised deduction.

According to the terms and conditions they may deduct R999.00 cancelation fee however the criteria does not fit the scenario.

The fibre installation took place more than a year ago. They did not supply a router. There was no physical person at the premises.

Email communication from Alicia has gone quite and to date after numerous requests a manager has failed to contact me.
