UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER AFTER CANCELLATION OF ORDER

I ordered an Sim and Router package from Afrihost last week some time. Then cancelled it. All of a sudden today that amount of =/-R1400 was deducted from my account. I dont even have that package that I ordered. I even cancelled a MTN Sim card i had ordered some time back but today I paid for both. I want my money back and remove me from the listings of AFRIHOST.
