Unauthorised cancellation and terrible customer service!

My account was debited for a cancellation fee of R 999 which I never requested or authorised. The debit order bounced and my bank has charged me R 150 for the transaction. I called Afrihost to explain that I don't want to cancel my service but I want to reinstate and get my account up to date. Afrihost staff are never keen to go the extra mile to help, all I was told was sorry your account has been cancelled and you owe R 1300, settle that amount and reapply. This is not the first time Afrihost has been unwilling to assist and are very quick to charge a cancellation fee without authority. I wanted to continue business with Afrihost but I get turned away, you obviously don't need the business or have any concern for your customers.
