Unacceptable service from Afrihost

This has to be the worst fibre provider in the country. I app**** for a relocation over a week ago. It took numerous calls speaking to comatose call-centre staff before someone figured out that the application had failed even to I got an emailed communication. The reason for the failure? No contact details although 1. You need to enter contact details in order to apply on the website and 2. I have been a voice and data client for about ten years. Four days later and I am still getting stupid comatose replies from someone on Facebook called Modiegi. In other words it will take a month just like when I had it first installed. I'll be looking for another provider. Unlike Eskom - who Afrihost are obviously trying to emulate - Afrihost is not the only provider.
