UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

<p>Been leaving CALL BACK and SMS and NO OR NEVER REPSONSE!!</p> <p>But even this evening I between 7-8pm I called waited for 30minutes for a consultant to answer my FRUSTARTION!! The first who answered my called was very unprofessional and very impatient to assist me, eventually spoke to a SO CALLED MANAGER, RIA who promissed to look into my complain and call me back SOON!!! STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE</p> <p> </p> <p>YOUR SMS LINE NEVER CALLS BAC****!!</p> <p>YOUR TELEPHONE CALL BACK NEITHER CALLS BACK</p> <p>YOUR CHAT LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY</p> <p> </p>
