Unacceptable service!

Placed my order for fibre (line already installed, ready) on 11 January. It’s currently the 30th of January and the order status still reads “processing order”. This is after I have contacted them twice and promises were made left right and center with nothing to show. Pathetic, I do NOT recommend their services to anyone!
