Unacceptable Cost

I took out 2 LTE month to month data packages. I only took the SIM card options so in case they didn't give me a proper coverage. I did not take the router option knowing that that had a 6 month early cancellation charge. The coverage was not good at all so in the 1st month I cancelled both packages. They then charged me R 999 for each data package that was cancelled. When I questioned them they told me that even the SIM card package had a 6 month cancellation. This is nonsense as there was no hardware cost to them at all.
