UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR INSTALLATION

Absolutely terrible service from Afrihost. The installation done was poor with different sized trunking, it's uneven, glue was all over my kitchen cupboards. Dust from drilling was all over my counter, nothing cleaned. The trunking is falling off and it has and is pulling off paint from my newly painted ceiling. Pieces are falling each day and the trunking is going to collapse soon. . This sub standard work is unacceptable. I am disappointed that afrihost will approve such poor installers to do the installation. I have emailed and emailed, I have even called in and waited for like 30 minutes for my call to be answered. I was asked to email photos which I did and still no feedback. I am on the verge of changing to a different provider as your after sales support is pathetic!!
