Unable to update Payment details!!!

now as you are running charges on my account with this failed payment. I spent These people are completely incapable of doing a simple task of updating payment details. over the last 48 hours I have been speaking to one person after the next who for reasons unknown to me, do not know how to update payment details. I stayed up until 11pm yesterday waiting for someone to call me back after he said he would do so. They keep deducting the account which I have told them over and over that the details have changes raking up charges in my account.

This is absolutely terrible service
