Unable to resolve problem Instead get told to move

I have been with Afrihost for almost a year now. It was an absolute amazing time. Then recently I have been trying to sort out a problem for over a month now. The problem is that my ADSL line has been halved, I pay for 2 mb yet I only get 1 Mb. Which means for an entire month I have been ****** blindly as I do not get what I pay for. Then they tell me I need to buy a new router and yet nothing changes, that is 800 rand wasted.. Then after a month has passed with countless testing they come to the conclusion that there is nothing they can do to fix it and it is better to just move back to Telkom as Afrihost can not help me and sort out the problem.<br>
