Unable to provide Service you pay for and Non Existent Customer Service :-(

If it was possible to give a zero rating then that's what Afrihost would truly deserve. There was a time when this was the go to provider for hosting, mobile, ISP and such. As the company has grown, the customer service has proportionately decreased and is currently non existent. They cannot even deliver the service you pay for and nor can any of their support channels assist. Promised call backs never happen and management don't give a damn to call you back even if the fault is on their side. To make a bad situation worse, they are busy purchasing all their major competitors (Cool ideas in 2021 and currently home-connect) leaving customers with no choice but to be held ransom by this company.

I've already cancelled with them after many years of using different services and this is now my new challenge. How to completely away from them? Disappointed doesn't even describe my sentiments. If you want peace of mind and a company that cares about the customer you would do well to steer clear of Afrihost.
