Unable to Provide ANY Help

I love Afrihost, always have until I had to deal with the most useless call centre lady today who could not provide me with any help! Apparently, according to Afrifhost, I downloaded 47GB by MIDDAY today as well as 28GB yesterday - best part? I was not even home. The only devices connected to my router are 2 cellphones, both of which were out the house as well as my laptop, which only downloads emails and was off! There is NO record or any information on where 47GB went & now I sit paying for internet I did not use & can not use. The only tip the call centre agent could give me was to switch my router off when I leave the house - Thank you for that - because Afrihost routers can now download 47GB & 28GB by themselves! Waste of Time!
