Unable to migrate my fibre

I'm still waiting assistance with migration of my fibre it's already end of the month I am supposed to move and I will not have fibre, I have been taken from pillar to post since last week no one seems to know what needs to happen. They honestly don't care about their customers and all tell you different information when calling and wasting your airtime. I am getting another service provider which will be willing to assist me and will value my time and money. It's a pity I used to love Afrihost but the service I am getting from them recently is terrible
