Unable to make payment

I have spent the entire day trying to make a payment, getting told to contact payfast, payfast telling me the service provider should be able to assist. Afrihost has assisted me multiple times in this regard but suddenly none of their agents can help me. I am stuck unable to make a payment because I lost my bank card and now need to load a new one, but no one can help.
