Unable to Help

I am so disappointed and frustrated with Afrihost services , this days it is the worse ever . Live Chat is forever offline , They consultant refuses to communicate or give us their whatsapp Number . I have someone who is not in south Africa assisting me with few software and we trying to load content on the web , we are getting the error . i reported this issue 5 times but no one is helping as there is no consistency on the email and live chat . Everything is Vicki so nothing will be resolved as is three people from 2 difference country with afrihost not responding on time or instant . We asked FTP login didnt get anything , we ask live chat didnt get respond , did ask afrihost to activate our web nothing .
