Unable to give correct pricing information.

Since the 1st of June I'm trying to get pricing information from Afrihost for upgrading my existing ADSL uncapped package/bundle from 4 Mbps to 10 or 20 Mbps . If you think this is a simple question for a company to answer you are wrong. Till today Afrihost is not able to give me a monthly amount for such an upgrade.. I had contact with the following persons in the past week Tsumi M., Sisanda M., Chres S., Sandile M, and one person (male) who's name I don't have as he made a requested call back and didn't sent me the promised email with his answer. I get answer from all these people but no one gives me the amount for my requested upgrade. All come with other products which I didn't asked for. Most frustrating, each time you get another support team member, no one takes responsibility for his/her answer or is trying to help your further till you have received a satisfied answer.
