Unable to Fix Problem
Logged a call to fix very slow internet speed.<br> Paying for LTE service.<br> Requested stronger signal by installing external antenna.<br> Already 30 days later and Afrihost still passing the buck.<br> The charge me for a seamless service offering.

Whilst our Mobile Data packages are reliant on the MTN Cellular Network, and the inherent signal quality of that network, we will do our best to investigate poor throughput and performance where possible.
Our Team has submitted the network coverage form that you completed earlier, and we have requested that the MTN Service Manager follow-up on this and make sure the issue is addressed as quickly as possible.
