Unable to change Account e-mail address.

My mother had a package with Afrihost after her untimely passing in July of 2017, we changed the debit order to my bank account. Beginning of this year we contacted Afrihost and asked what would be required in order to have the account creditentials (i.e e-mail address etc) changed. We were informed that they required my mothers death certifcate amongst others. We sent through documentation including high court papers stating that my father was the executor of my late mother's estate on the 27/10 We received a response on the 01/11 and had to provide amongst others account debit details, package etc. On 19/11 we were advised that we cannot change our afrihost e-mail (my late mothers name, which we don't use) as that was linked to the package. So in other words we need to keep the name of a person no longer alive in order to keep a package ?????? Honestly how difficult is it to change an e-mail address ???
