Unable to Assist me After providing all documents

i sent afrihost all the documents they requested and they said we don't accept copies and scans, i then took a picture as the agent on my file Nicole suggested and i sent it to her and few minutes later she came back and said we still unable to identify you,,,, like seriously guys i have used the same documents at the bank and they never complained only them they so useless and their service is very pathetic..<br> <br> I asked her to cancel the first time and she came back and said take a picture and they still gave me a hustle seriously they need to get their act together..
