Unable to assist

Good Day

I have the following issue with Afrihost.

I'm making use of their email/web hosting services, my business has been without email for almost over a month. My service (email hosting has been disabled and I'm unable to login to the client zone. My account was apparently suspended due to failed debit orders but the account was paid with a credit card instead every time. My account was always paid and up to date. The customer service of Afrihost is much worse than that of Telkom.

Should my issue not be resolved witin the next day I will write another review to discourage people from using afrihost for any business-related services.

All the requested documentation has been sent numerous times yet no one has been able to resolve my issue.
