Unable to access site domain, support never respond

<p>I have been unable to access my domain that I have through afrihost for over a week now, I sent a support email a week ago and nobody has rep**** or contacted me I have sent multiple ones throughout the week and nobody has bothered to assist me, what the hell is going on over there? you want me to continue paying my account for a service I cant use, how is this fair? Your service is broken and your customer support is unexistant.</p>
