I am sick and tired of having the same trouble every so often!! I cannot send or receive emails. I have logged tickets via whatsapp and sms and received no response whatsoever. I then tried calling the call center just to end up with an agent treating me as if I am retarded. I am paying for services I am not getting and that is not acceptable at all!!
