Two months free is a catch! 1day can count as a month????

App**** for fibre through Afrihost as a service provider with a two month free service that attracted me to them. Their installers could only assist me on the 29th in our area. Spoke to Afrihost who assured me that i will get my two free months. Now i received an invoice to pay my fee after just 1 month. Their reason us that even 1 day of a month will count as a full month service as per their policy, never mind that their service provider could not do the installation on my requested time but renegotiated the date. Account will simply not escalate my query to a manager either. This is such a pity as their staff on whatsapp and call centre is excellent in assistance
