Two days of call back requests with no response

I need to sort out an installation issue before the end of business today. I'd be happy to update the review to a 5-star rating if you'd please assist. Application notes have not been taken into account resulting in the provided router being incompatible with my current OpenServe setup. Please advise urgently.
