Trying to leave - but they wont let me!!!

Hi <br> <br> Since i signed up about 4 months back afrihost has been spot on. but since they have increased tariffs using the smart afrihost+ bundle i decided that it will cost too much for me to keep with them, also since competitors now have cheaper deals .<br> so i decided to cancel my service , however due to the excellent service i had received in the past i then decided to pause instead of cancel.<br> to my dismay however i still got billed for the bolt on OOB 1gb and the afrihost + service which normal logic dictates should have been paused together with the main service.<br> because of this i decided to cancel my account completely. as it happens you CANNOT simply pause then cancel. once u un pause they charge you IN FULL for that month. and now i have on my afrihost account 3 unpaid invoices which i WILL NOT PAY until my billing query is sorted.<br> it has been almost a week since i first started logging complaints and still nothing.<br> <br> soon it will be half the month gone and they will start saying they cannot reverse claims etc. <br> <br> please guys i do not want to deal with afrihost any longer. reverse the necessary charges and let me GO!!!<br> <br> Zayd<br>
