Try and explain how their own hosting works to Support....getting told the customer is wrong.

I moved all my domains to Afrihost got half of them to work the other half hasn't worked now for a week. I had 3 call center people hang up the phone on me, because they have no clue what they are doing. They are lacking technical s**** and unable to resolve any issue. I thought lets try give Afrihost another try, worst mistake ever.
