TRULY BAD SERVICE

<p>I have enquired numerous times about the 10mps fibre open serv line and was promised feedback. The 2 people in the sales department state that they can't help as the maps haven't been updated even though they can see that fibre is available in my area. The other 3 sales consultants mentioned that there is a way around it and that the installation team from open serv will contact me. It's been 2 weeks since my last enquiry (5th attempt) and I still haven't had any feedback or any other means of follow up. Really disappointed </p>
