Totally Useless and ******** Service Staff

I have been trying for more than a month to relicate my service from one room, IN THE SAME OLD AGE HOME to another room I am being moved to. The service staff is totally ********, or choose to be so, of the fact that this can happen. After all, it is the THIRD relocation in this old age home.
